Me and my little girls (17 mths. & 4.5) were bored with the usual options of oatmeal or eggs for breakfast this morning. Toast or snack bars were tempting but I did have time to make them something healthy. I remembered the yogurt I had in the fridge and suggested smoothie bowls. Luckily, they were excited. We grabbed sprinkles (i.e. chia seeds & coconut flakes), almond butter, and strawberries. As they created and enjoyed I felt proud and happy that I was being diligent in supporting their nutrition. It was a win-win!
